Account and Data Deletion

Last updated: 2026-09-30

Draft for review — not yet approved by the owner or reviewed by counsel. Red markers are decisions required before publication.
This document covers the MUTADID platform and the MUTADID account, and:
  • the متجر متعدد app (com.mutadid.store)

MO7AMI and its app have their own document: mo7ami.site/account-deletion

How deletion works

You send the request from inside your app, or from your app's page below with no sign-in. The request is recorded with its date and reaches the platform's operations team. A request from this page is a claim: we first confirm you own the email or phone registered on the account. A request from the app is tied to your account. We then carry out the deletion once anything holding it up is settled — nothing is deleted just by sending the request.

Removing the app from your phone only

Uninstalling the app erases what it stored on your device (the encrypted session token and the installation identifier), but it does not delete your account from our servers — send a request for that.

Two ways to ask

  • In the app: Account → “Delete account”. You need a recent sign-in (within the last 15 minutes) and an explicit confirmation. The request is tied to your account, so no further check is needed. The app shows your request's status and anything that currently holds it up.
  • On this page: no sign-in needed. Before anything is done, we check that you own the email or phone number registered on the account (it must be verified on the account).

A request does not delete anything by itself. The platform operations team reviews it and carries it out for one person, after the checks and the confirmation.

If you are a customer (you buy from stores)

What holds the deletion until it is settled:

  • An open order at a store (not yet completed or cancelled). An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after its time limit.
  • A payment proof you sent that the store has not reviewed yet.
  • A running subscription at a store.

We do not cancel an order or a subscription on your behalf: deletion is carried out once it completes or is cancelled (by the store, or when its time limit runs out), and the app shows what is blocking it now.

Erased when the request is carried out:

  • Your profile at every store you bought from: name, phone, email, WhatsApp, and the store's notes about you.
  • Your customer relationship with each store, your shopping carts, your account's notification inbox, and your name in the sent-messages log.
  • App sessions on all your devices and their notification tokens; you are also signed out of every browser session.
  • If your MUTADID account is used only for buying from stores: the account itself is erased — email, phone, password, Google or Apple links and verification codes — and cannot be restored.

If you use the same account for more than buying (a business you own or work in on the platform, or another service): the account stays for those uses, only the store-buying part is erased, and you need to sign in again.

Unlinked from your account but kept:

  • Your orders are the stores' sales records — with the contact details and address as written at order time, and payments with their proofs. They are unlinked from your account and no longer shown in it. If you ever sign up again with the same verified email that is written on an old order, that order may be shown to you again. They are kept while the store exists, with no automatic deletion or masking of their contact details, and are all deleted when the store is closed.
  • Your reviews stay published under a neutral name (“Customer”), without your name. The store can hide them.
  • Security and audit logs (with numbers and identifiers, not your email), and the deletion request record itself with its dates — its contact details are removed once it is carried out.

If you own or work in a store

In the app: More → “Delete account”, with your account password. You can also ask on this page. The request is only recorded — nothing is deleted from the app.

Store owner: deleting your account means closing the store and deleting all of its data — products, images and files, customers, orders, payments and their proofs, team, and the store's domain — permanently. The platform operations team carries it out after checking ownership and a written confirmation, and a deletion receipt is issued. The platform's billing event ledger and audit log are kept, unlinked from the store. They are a financial record of the platform with no automatic deletion today.

A store is not closed while it has:

  • A paid order that was neither delivered nor cancelled.
  • A buyer's payment proof waiting for review.
  • An unsettled platform wallet balance, or a paid subscription with time left.

We close the store within 30 days of verification and settling any blockers. If you want a copy of your store data before closing, say so in the request; telling your customers is your decision.

If you work in a store (not its owner): your request is recorded and reaches the operations team; ending your account in the store is done from the owner's team management. If the store owner does not act on it, we follow the request up with them until the account is ended.

Your personal MUTADID account stays if you use it for other businesses or for buying; to delete it, also ask for customer account deletion.
