1. Acceptance and scope
By using the MUTADID platform or one of its apps you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The platform and its apps are not directed to children. To use them you must have reached the age of majority and the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the law that applies to you. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
3. Your account
- One MUTADID account per person; with it you can own several businesses and buy from several stores.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping verification codes and your password secret, and for activity on your account.
- You can end your sessions on all devices at any time, and request deletion from the account deletion page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- Sell or show anything unlawful, or misleading, abusive or infringing content.
- Commit fraud, upload forged payment proofs, or impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to access other businesses' or accounts' data, disrupt the service, or bypass its technical limits.
- Collect users' data by automated means or use it for purposes other than the one it was collected for.
5. Content and ownership
What a business owner uploads (products, images, descriptions, branding) belongs to them; they grant us the permission needed to host and display it to run the service, and are responsible for having the right to publish it.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account or business that breaches these terms or the law, or puts users or the service at risk, or hide a single product that breaches them. Suspension does not mean data deletion. You can contest a suspension or a hidden product through support.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The platform is not the seller
Each store on the platform is run by its owner. The sale contract is between you and the store, and the store alone is responsible for its products, descriptions, prices, availability and delivery, and for exchanges, returns and after-sales service. The platform's role is technical: it hosts the store and passes the order to it.
Payment
- You pay the store directly using the method it lists. The platform does not receive, hold or guarantee the money.
- Confirming a payment is the store's decision after reviewing what you declared and your proof; it may reject it with a reason shown to you.
- Uploading a forged payment proof, or one that does not belong to the order, breaches these terms.
Cancellation and returns
These follow each store's policy, within the consumer rights that the law applicable to the store guarantees. The platform records a refund when the store makes it, and does not make refunds itself.
Reviews
Only buyers of a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and free of abuse and personal data. The store may approve, hide or publicly reply to a review.
Prohibited products
Stores on the platform may not list or sell:
- Weapons, ammunition and their parts or accessories.
- Alcohol.
- Tobacco and nicotine products, including e-cigarettes and vaping products.
- Gambling, betting and lotteries, or anything that gives access to them.
- Adult or sexual products and content.
- Drugs and controlled substances, and the tools for using them.
- Violent or extremist goods or content, or anything that promotes violence or hatred.
- Financial products: loans, credit, investments, cryptocurrencies or insurance.
- Fake followers, likes, views or any other artificial engagement.
- Accounts or subscriptions of other brands resold without the brand owner's authorisation.
- Anything that infringes intellectual property or is otherwise unlawful.
Digital goods and services within the store's purpose are allowed. The platform may hide a single product that breaches this list, without suspending the store; the store owner sees the reason and can contest it through support. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to suspending the store.
Merchant obligations
- List lawful products with accurate details and prices, none of them prohibited above, and fulfil orders whose payment you confirmed.
- Use your customers' data only to fulfil and serve their orders, protect it, and not export it for anything else.
- Respond to your customers' requests about their data, keeping the sales records the law requires you to keep.
- Comply with the taxes, invoicing and licences that apply to your business.
Merchant subscription to the platform
- At the plans and prices shown when subscribing. Payment is confirmed manually by our team.
- No automatic renewal and no automatic charges. When a period ends without renewal, the store stops accepting orders until renewed, and its data is kept.
